Burnett County is three towns and a lot of water. Webster, Danbury and Siren sit within a short drive of each other, and between them they are one of the heaviest parts of our week — resorts, bars, supper clubs and the kitchens that feed the traffic coming up from the Cities for the weekend.
We run it as one area, Wednesdays and Thursdays, because that is how the geography actually works. A kitchen on Yellow Lake is not a different logistics problem from one on Main Street in Webster, and pretending otherwise is how a supplier ends up delivering to the easy half of a county.
Weekend-driven business is its own discipline: you buy Wednesday for a Saturday you cannot predict, and the thing that hurts is not the price of a case, it is the case you did not have. Two delivery days either side of the weekend is what that shape of business needs.

Our business is all weekend. Does that work?
It is most of what this run carries. Deliveries land either side of the weekend, which is what lets you buy for a Saturday instead of guessing on a Monday.
We are seasonal. Is that a problem?
No. The $200 minimum is per order, not per week, and plenty of the kitchens on this route close down or wind right back over the winter.
