An important part of plate presentation that stands out is the quality of the produce. Manion Foods partners with major regional companies throughout the Midwest. Our potato lines are from Wisconsin or Idaho. The vast majority of our produce lines come from California and when in season, Florida, Texas or Mexico.
The most important factors in produce procurement are purchasing quality product, storing at proper temperatures and turning inventory as quickly as possible. We like to think we provide the freshest produce out on the market.
